Payment

Accepted payment methods: Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover and PayPal

Payments are processed through Shopify payments system.

Shipping

Majority of items are shipped within 2-3 weeks via USPS: above 13 oz. will be sent Priority, under 13 oz. as First Class unless otherwise specified.

Refunds and Exchanges

Complete satisfaction is always my aim. Please contact me immediately if you are not satisfied. With the exception of custom products, returns are accepted for all items. Once the item is received in my studio I will refund the price of the item (less shipping). Refunds will be made in the same manner as payment. All items are guaranteed against defaults in workmanship - if you have an issue at any time with a product please contact us!
